Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions You must be at least 12 years old to use our massage therapy services, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse our services to any person for any reason that does not comply with our code of ethics. Booking and Payment Bookings can be made online via our website or by contacting us directly. Our service rates are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Rates listed on the website are in Canadian dollars, which means you will be billed in that currency. Payments are made in person at the time of your appointment by cash or Interac e-Transfer. Cancellation Policy Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees. Client Behavior We expect our clients to behave respectfully towards our massage therapist and other clients. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of your appointment and a ban on using our services in the future. Health and Safety You must inform our massage therapist of any health concerns or medical conditions prior to the start of your massage session. Our massage therapist reserves the right to refuse to massage you if it poses a risk to your health or theirs. Liability Our company cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damages occurring during or after a massage session, except in cases of gross negligence.
